$DEFI Trending, Business Insider Featuring $DEFI, Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 Developments and MORE! – October Development Update
October was a month of strong growth and ...
September was a month of global connections, powerful partnerships, and milestones that highlighted how fast we’re scaling across the Web3 ecosystem.
From Tokyo to Washington, we continued to make new collaborations, bringing thought-provoking insights, and launching community-driven initiatives that strengthened our position as the leading Web3 security ecosystem.

The month began with our team on the ground at Solana Super Tokyo 2025, where we released an exclusive interview between our CMO, Sonali, and Mike Eidlin, Special Projects Lead at Jupiter. The conversation explored Jupiter’s key role in the Solana ecosystem and the evolution of decentralized trading in Asia’s most vibrant crypto hub.
Our presence in Japan didn’t stop there. We also hosted an insightful interview with Masa Yamase, Founder of Coinpost, discussing Japan’s ongoing crypto legislation reforms and the story behind building the country’s number one crypto news outlet.
Another highlight was our conversation with Chef Doxie, Business Developer at PancakeSwap, who shared how “DeFi is a yield-driven community – without yield, there’s no infrastructure and no users”.
Later in the month, we sat down with one of Japan’s most prominent influencers, web3honey, for an insightful discussion about the power of KOLs in shaping crypto culture across the region. The visit concluded with a picturesque boat trip around Minato City.

Our CTO Artem wrote an in-depth thread addressing one of the most common questions among founders today – what it really takes to move from Web2 to Web3. He discussed the big differences between the two worlds, explaining that Web3 users have no patience for poor UX and expect wallet interactions, gas fees, and seed phrases to feel as seamless as traditional Web2 interfaces.
Artem emphasized that in Web3, security is not an optional extra but the foundation of every product. While a bug in Web2 might inconvenience users, in Web3, it can drain millions in minutes. He also noted that adoption and education take time, urging builders to think long-term and stay committed to the space’s cultural values of transparency, openness, and shared ownership. Web3 isn’t a shortcut – it’s an entirely new playbook, and the opportunities are bigger than most realize.

A few days ago, we launched the De.Fi Grant Program with a total pool of $100,000 to support developers building dApps powered by the De.Fi API – a technology already trusted by CoinGecko, Avascan, and leading universities worldwide.
This initiative was designed to inspire developers to integrate De.Fi’s security layer directly into their products, protecting users from risks and introducing new standards of transparency across the industry. This program highlights our commitment to support the next generation of Web3 builders.

We launched a massive 500,000 DEFI & $500 Giveaway campaign running through mid-October, inviting users to complete simple tasks on Zealy and win rewards. The campaign quickly gained traction and showcased the energy that drives our ecosystem forward.

Institutional recognition reached new heights this month. De.Fi Ecosystem was presented at the U.S. Congress, featured on the official White House YouTube channel, and even hosted Donald Trump Jr. at one of the events. These moments underscored how our work in security, transparency, and infrastructure continues to resonate far beyond the crypto industry.
And the journey doesn’t stop here. On October 13th – Partnering DEFI with the U.S. Institutions.

Yesterday, DEFI reached another major milestone – it began trending on CoinMarketCap, one of the largest platforms in the crypto industry. This achievement reflected the growing visibility of DEFI and the excitement surrounding our ecosystem’s expansion.

Growth is a constant journey, not a milestone. From global interviews and developer programs to congressional appearances and viral campaigns, we continue to expand our influence and deliver on our mission to make Web3 safer for everyone.
As we move into October, our focus remains on innovation, collaboration, and empowering both builders and users. Together with our incredible community of De.Fiers, we’re taking De.Fi to new heights every single day.
