We’re sure you’ll agree…June was a crazy month in crypto!
The contagion that spread from Terra into Three Arrows Capital, Celsius and other big names might have left you feeling unsettled. For all the uncertainty that June brought though, some things can always be relied on and De.Fi just keeps building!
There’s been tons of progress this month and even more to look forward to next month, so let’s dive into the news that makes up our late June development update.
The Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) is the largest annual European Ethereum event and De.Fi will be kicking things off with an amazing Rooftop Opening Party!
Following our appearance at Consensus 2022 in June, next month sees our (unofficial) EthCC opening party, which is just another example of how De.Fi values Ethereum and the DeFi revolution it brought to life. Below, you will see the details for the party.

This is the fifth time EthCC has taken place and many of you will remember that De.Fi has been involved before, including our first community event at EthCC in 2021.
Last year, 200 people attended our event and this time we’re planning to go even bigger!
Kava is one of the most interesting protocols in DeFi right now and that’s why De.Fi hosted an exclusive Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Kava, featuring its Community Manager Cameron Reuss!
Kava is a uniquely architectured blockchain and lending platform that has gained a lot of momentum by developing a network that blends the benefits of Ethereum and Cosmos.
We knew these attributes would be of interest to our community and this was confirmed by the event, which was a big success for everyone involved.
