By the way, only attentive users could notice the one update we shared but not mentioned 😏 Today, we’re glad to share what we’ve been working on since the beginning of the month.

Homepage Major Update

We updated our homepage so now if you wanna tell your friend about De.Fi — you can just share de.fi. All our tools were collected and described in plain English in one place!

We’re happy to organize the project better. Now we can surely state that De.Fi is a comprehensive ecosystem containing:

  • Management toolkit
  • Safety toolkit
  • Audit and REKT Databases

User Navigation Update

It’s an application navigation redesign — we added lots of screenshots with this design but only now we are ready to share it 😃

We completely changed the structure of our application to make it easier to use. Now you can access all our tools in one place — scroll through your assets, see transaction history, check audit database, and more! Take a look at the scanner tab 😉

REKT Database —New Tool Release!

😈 A database of more than 2500 pages of scams, hacks, and exploit events.
🙃 The total of all funds lost (yes, we do calculate this number).
👩‍💻 A full breakdown of all technical issues that occurred.

Our work involved auditing projects based on the community requests and releasing the Open Audits Database to **help users understand which projects could be trusted.

Looking back to the first few months of the DeFi Summer in 2020, the market was full of questionable projects, which had been forked from high-quality protocols with not-really-trustable changes made. Users tried to make life-changing amounts of money overnight and scammers looked to take advantage of this desire so a whole range of ‘fast food’ scam projects appeared. These were backed by malicious developers who employed a range of tactics to appear honest and trustworthy while dazzling their unsuspecting victims with promises of significant yields.

The launch of the [Rekt Database,](https://de.fi/rekt-database) a fully-featured database of scams, hacks, and exploits, is the latest milestone on our never-ending journey to keep DeFi safe.

If you want to stay safe and be up to date — subscribe to our newsletter! We will send you our DeFi Security Handbook straightaway. In the ebook we explain how to stay safe, what are we paying attention to while auditing projects and what should you do to not get REKT. You can expect insights, interesting content and updates from us.

Audit Database

We added 500 more audits of DeFi projects you heard of/invested in, and our experts continue manually selecting audits to expand De.Fi`s safety ecosystem.

To contribute to the database you can tell us what audit we should check in our Telegram chat.

Security Audits

De.Fis audits are performed with an unbiased approach that is following De.Fis single security check standard for all projects and listing all risks revealed based on the standard. By revealing risks, we mean showing negative scenarios that are technically possible.

We published a free independent audit for Dinoswap. Independent audits are the ones that are upvoted by De.Fi`s community. You can submit a request here, and share the link to it with all your friends and community. ✌️

We also did 5 private code reviews. To request a private code review you can contact us using the button “Request a Fast-Track Audit”.
